Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any ctc77 intellectual property for any purpose whatsoever. Specifically, you must not:

ctc77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of automated software.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
• Repeated chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Inactivity: an account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. ctc77 will attempt to notify the registered email address before taking any action on inactive accounts.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your ctc77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Requests for account closure will be processed within 72 hours. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether initiated by ctc77 or by the player — all pending bets that have not yet been settled will be voided and the corresponding stakes returned to the player, except in cases where the account was closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case ctc77 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation.
